Introducing the foldable simrig that provides the perfect solution for those who want to enjoy serious sim racing in their home whilst making the most of their space.

Traditional rigs take up a lot of space and wheelstands or foldable rigs do not offer the stability and immersion you are looking for. The CoffeeRacer can be easily stowed away in a closed box and is designed to hide in plain sight (under your desk or as a side table).

Setting up the simrig is quick and easy, the CoffeeRacer can stay connected to your PC when stored away and is ready to race before your PC is booted!

The CoffeeRacer 'Play' is built to increase lap times, immersion, and setup speed, for both PC and console gamers, with both entry level or pro gear, in any room of the house.

Combined with any couch sofa or desk chair the CoffeeRacer 'Play' like all CoffeeRacer models, can be used as a wheelstand, or better yet, the most sylish and most stable wheelstand out there.

However the CoffeeRacer 'Play has been specifically engineered to connect to your desk chair with the desk chair mount. Effecively creating a complete, high end, simrig with the stiffness and seating position to challenge your pro level friends (as proven by pro drivers). This stifness is achieved by combining the patented box shape with 45 kg of steel!

Complementing this simrig with a an ultrawide screen like a Samsung G9 (on a swivel that comes close to your wheelbase) and pro gear like a Simucube sport 2 and Heusinkveld pedals and there is not much more to desire! A professional simrig when you want, and a really nice home office setup when you need it (without having to buy multiple screens/PC's)!

The CoffeeRacer ´Play´ combined with the desk chair mount allows heavy braking without the chair rolling away, but it also actually stabilizes your chair (no swivel) and eliminates any flex in the base of your chair. Effectively the base of your chair rests on the CoffeeRacer and the undercarriage of the chair is only partially used.

The adjustability ensures that you can always find a comfortable racing position, no matter how big you are or what kind of seat you are using (you can even use your favorite seat in the house). The CoffeeRacer has been successfully tested by kids up to 205cm adults, on various couches and sofas

CoffeeRacer 'Play' has been carefully designed, engineered and crafted in the Netherlands using up to 6mm thick steel, weighing over 45 kg. Not only does this make for a product that is built to last a lifetime, it also makes for a simrig with no flex! (as demonstrated in this video).

The CoffeeRacer 'Play' has een tested with a wide variety of wheels and pedals, including Simucube sport 2, Fanatec CSL DD, Logitech G923, Logitech Pro wheel and Thrustmaster T300/T150/T248.

Finaly Direct Drive in my living room

12Nm Direct Drive in my living room, before I saw the CoffeeRacer I did not expect that would be possible. Most foldtable wheel stands suitable for Direct Drive claim to have no flex but most reviews show otherwise. I have mounted a Fanatec Club Sport DD with CSL pedals and Load cell, it all fits perfectly to my CoffeeRacer Play, even at full torque there is absolutely no flex. Only needed two rings for the pedals because the screws where just a bit to long. It came fully installed so everything was ready within the hour. I am 2 meters tall and there is still plenty of room everywhere. When using a Loadcell break you have to put the CoffeeRacer against a solid object like a wall or (heavy) furniture to prevent pushing it away when hitting the breaks. (I do not use the Desk chair mount) When I fold it away it just looks like a piece of furniture so it's not very noticeable.

Before the CoffeeRacer I used a Playseat, this gave me a more realistic race experience instead of sitting on my couch with an iron box in front of me. It’s a high price but in my opinion it’s worth it if you need a solid rig in your living room or just not enough room.

Thank you for the great product and excellent support!

The CoffeeRacer Play is very well-made and extremely sturdy. This ensures that there is absolutely no flex felt on the racetrack. The assembly was very easy and well explained by the user manual. In my case, the power supply did not fit into the provided holder, so I couldn't use it. However, this is not a problem, as you can simply attach the power supply to the inside of the CoffeeRacer with cable ties. It should be noted that good cable management is necessary, as there is only limited space available. Opening and closing it takes some practice, but once you've done it a few times, it becomes really quick. All in all, I can say that the CoffeeRacer Play is a great product that I would highly recommend! Many thanks also for the great support. All my questions were answered very quickly.

Great performance with some flaws

I really like the stiffness of the rig and it's easy to setup design which is 5/5. However for me personally there is some room for future improvements, mostly personal preference but some regarding ease of use and technical flaws A) the vertical locking of the pedals can't be fixed permanently - if I need to slide them into position the vertical setting can unlogg B) I optically don't like the the groove on the front and back side and would prefer a clean front and back C) an optional wodden topping for the play version would be great D) since I have a soft wooden floor I can't use the rolls without ruining my floor simply due to the rig being so heavy. Felt gliders with the option of locking would be perfect - I'm currently using a similar selfmade solution E) the mount for the power supply is too small for the fanatec dd/dd+ power supply F) You can get your fingers squeezed when closing the lid and it can make quite some noise (dad racing mostly when kids are in bed) G) it's still a bit pricey even if it's good quality G) it's meassure is just on the edge of being too big - 5 cm less in width and length would be perfect in my opinion E) an integrated possibility to store your wheel would be great F) I need to unplug all cables from the backside of my dd+ base everytime I uninstall the rig since otherwise the connectors would bend and eventually break - that's not really user friendly

Maybe it sounds like quite a lot to improve but as I said I still enjoy it's functionality and racing is definitely very enjoyable too with this rig

Solid, manoeuvrable and adaptable

I’m very happy with my CoffeeRacer Play purchase, the rig is very solid and has been a massive upgrade over my previous desk setup. I use it in my living room in front of the TV, using the sofa as my driving chair. Since I am using it on a rug I was worried it would be moving around a bit with all the pushing and pulling, but with locked wheels it doesn’t budge an inch.
Pedals and wheel stand are easily adjustable, and making quick adjustments when showing it off to friends is very easy.
The delivery of the product was troubled and took just over a month (living outside of the EU so customs process may have played a part) and there were a couple bends on the frame once it was delivered, but nothing some “good manners” couldn’t sort out during assembly.
Even though it looks like it’s designed to look like an office cabinet, the coating on the metal is of good quality and it looks pretty good in a living room setting overall. And it’s on wheels so it’s easy to just move it out of the room if we need space for guests or similar.
Especially happy with how quick it is to open and setup, make sure you have easily accessible power and USB sockets and you’ll be able to set it up in just a minute.
I am using a Thrustmaster 248 racing wheel and it fits perfectly inside - larger wheels may need to be removed from the frame to make sure it closes properly.
I would suggest it to anyone that can’t afford having a dedicated space for a bulky sim rig. Considering the level of adjustability and solidity of the rig, I think the price point is also very competitive when compared with other non-foldable rigs.
Comes with a few handy bits and bobs to help with cable management which was really appreciated
