Shipping policy

 After your order, the shipment provider is selected by our logistic partner (van Galen Logistiek) based on the selected products and region. Mostly the shipment provider selected for European orders is GLS, DPD or PostNL. 

Most CoffeeRacers are shipped with 1 or 2 boxes/parcels. In certain conditions we can decide to ship using a (mini) pallet, 

Dispatch of your order is expected to happen within 2 business days, delivery within Europe typically within one week and export shipments typically take 2 to 3 weeks. 

When the shipping label is created by our logistic partner you will receive a tracking link on the e-mail address you provided. Your telephone number is shared with the shipment provider so they can contact you in case of questions. Most CoffeeRacer packages are big and heavy, if the packages need to go up a flight of stairs we advise to have an extra pair of hands (with a strong back) available when delivery is planned.

Please check the package(s) for damage before accepting the package(s). The CoffeeRacer packaging may be expected to accommodate bumps and minor hits, however accepting heavily damaged packaging, means accepting the risk of receiving damaged content. Accepting damaged packaging also negatively effects our chances of being able to claim the damage from the shipment provider.

When your tracking information shows abnormal information, feel free to contact us at info@coffeeracer.com. Please be aware in most cases it takes 2 to 4 days for us to get an answer from the shipment provider. In most cases this actually takes longer then it takes for the package to reach you with a small de-tour
