Perfect Match for Fanatec DD-Pro

I was in doubt until i found out that the pedals can be adjusted to a perfect fit. I contacted the very friendly service for advice and it was great. I your are not as stupid as me it should be a very easy and flawless install. Otherwise don’t loosen the screws until they fall off. It takes sometime if you do…;-) I would absolutely recommend the coffeeracer living room. It is a nice piece of work!

Perfect console Sim Rig and solution when friends come by

I was hesitating for a long time to move to a PC-only Sim Rig. But I do like to play GT7 on my Fanatec gear from time to time with friends.
With the Coffeeracer living I have the perfect solution! I could move to whatever I like on my regular Rig and reuse my Fanatec CSL DD Pro and my Pedals, can use it when I want and store it in a beautiful coffeetable.
The quality is outstanding and it's really rigid - really rigid. I could not say that my aluminum rig is much more sturdy than this. The setup was possible in around 45min and I was ready to go.
This must be one of the best innovations in Sim Racing I have witnessed so far! (my wife approves too)
Thanks so much and keep up the good work

Been looking for this for years

I've always wanted a racing sim at home but don't have the space or the stomach to have a bulky eyesore in my living room. CoffeeRacer has finally been able to provide to me what no one else could: a way to completely disguise my rig when not in use and not take up any significant space. It's heavy and sturdy which means it doesn't slide, vibrate, or wobble when in use. After purchase, knowing it would have to travel a long ways from overseas to San Diego, I figured it'd be months before it showed up but it was at my doorstep in less than a week! Upon arrival, I did a quick assessment as to whether it seemed like it was actually living up to the claim and it seemed like it was so I then purchased all the racing hardware from Fanatec! CoffeeRacer has finally made my dream of having a home sim a reality! I made a fan video demo of it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaFvrhCYcZc

A great experience

A great experience and let me explain. I used to have my wheel setup in my home office, which was becoming somewhat of a pain as I had to install and adjust the setup when switching between work and play. There is only so much room sometimes and what to do with your wheel when not in use?

When I went out looking for a better setup and came across the Coffeeracer I was interested directly but still a bit doubtful at first. Could this table hold up being strong and stable enough and furthermore was this going to be way more easy whenever I desired to have a go at racing. Sometimes you go with your gut feeling and so I got my hands on one.

The ease of transforming this from a regular coffee table into this coffee racer is mind blowing. 1. Remove the top. 2. Fold out the wheel. 3. Connect the cables. And okay if I’m real thorough I also have to move the table towards my couch and eventually lock in the desired height of the wheel, but that’s it.

I liked the idea of having the wheel and pedals hidden in plain sight while not taken up any other space and I feel that the table blended in very nicely into the interior which also appealed to the missus. Killing two birds with one stone.

As much I love to be in my own cocoon while racing, I must say I'm really surprised how taking the racing setup into the living area has connected me with my family a bit more. So much more, my son of five became more interested in dad's hobbies and also started to have some fun.

And finally worth mentioning is as I now have my setup in my living area and being able to hook that up to my audio setup it allows me to whenever I’m alone listen to those engine sounds on whole different level.

Surprisingly good!

I bought it because the wheelstand in the livingroom was a bit of an eyesore, but I was not expecting this level of stability. I upgraded from g923 to a Fanatec CSL DD with load cell brakes and it works briliantly, even with the load cell brakes! When I upgraded to the load cell I did have to put the rubber patches (provided in the box) under the back feet of my couch to prevent the couch from sliding back under braking. The build quality is a lot higher then you would expect from the pictures,
